Ingredients
- 400g turkey or chicken mince
- One egg
- 1 tsp garlic seasoning
- 1 tsp onion seasoning
- 50g Instant Oats
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Add the mince, egg, and seasoning into a bowl and mix well.
- Separate the mixture into 16 sections and then roll them into a ball. Try and make them all the same size, so they cook evenly.
- Cover the nuggets with blended oats, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 25 mins at 180 degrees.
