High-Protein Fakeaway Nuggets

This recipe makes 16 nuggets (nutritional information is based on 4).


  • 400g turkey or chicken mince
  • One egg
  • 1 tsp garlic seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion seasoning
  • 50g Instant Oats
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add the mince, egg, and seasoning into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Separate the mixture into 16 sections and then roll them into a ball. Try and make them all the same size, so they cook evenly.
  3. Cover the nuggets with blended oats, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Air fry for 25 mins at 180 degrees.
